I go to the gym daily. I'm currently about 182 but really want to hit 170 lbs. I've tried a variety of products and typically do weights Monday/Weds/Friday and cardio only Tues/Thurs. I have a small belly given I'm over 40 that I would love to lose and get back my flat stomach. I think age is fighting me on that one! :)
